What's it like to work with me?

I'm the annoying guy who always asks "Why?" and "What problem are you trying to solve?"

What’s it like to work with me?

I’ve been thinking about this question a lot lately, for some reason. And there are many ways I could (and probably will) answer it. But I need to start somewhere, so why not here?

I’m the annoying guy who always asks “Why?” and “What problem are you trying to solve?”

If you’re content with the status quo, you won’t like working with me.

If you don’t like being challenged to think and act differently, you won’t like working with me.

If your idea of improvement is doing the same things, only better, you won’t like working with me.

On the other hand, if you’re not content with the status quo, and crave a change, you may well enjoy working with me.

If you like the challenge that comes from new ways of thinking and acting, you may well enjoy working with me.

If you’re tired of local optimizations, and feel it’s time for some bigger changes, you may well enjoy working with me.

Think you’d enjoy working with me? Send me a message. Let’s see if we can work together!
