While a negative NPS of SAFe may be entertaining to some, it's not really very informative... or valid.The Age of Product web site recently published the results of their admitedly entirely unscientific SAFe NPS survey, and it’s been making the rounds on agile corners of social media.
There’s a good chance that many of you who have had the, eh… pleasure? of bumping into SAFe see that terrible score and feel some vindication. But you probably shouldn’t.
