Remote work is all the rage these days. For obvious reasons.

But as many companies begin to move back into the office, particularlly on an optional or partial basis, how can we continue to make remote work, or perhaps more important partially remote work, effective?

In a nutshell: Even if you’re sitting next to some of your colleagues, pretend you aren’t.
